I am the youngest of my family. I was adopted by my Mum and Dad who I love very much (even though I bite them). I like to do nothing and everything (all at once). I have Cat-itude and I wanted this blog to tell you all what I think about everything. So listen up.

I can be a hero too.

As well as being naughty I can sometimes be a hero too.

Today Mum had the washing machine on, and I was supervising (you know how good I am at that). Mum then went and started emptying the dishwasher and cleaning up the kitchen.

I started yowling really bad. Mum kept calling out, asking what on earth was wrong with me. But I kept it up, yowling and pacing back and forth until finally she had to come investigate.

Then she saw what I was trying to tell her. The washing machine had overflowed and there was water everywhere. It was just starting to come out from the tiled area in the laundry and onto the carpet. And it was about 3 inches away from Mum's new dyson vacuum cleaner as well! I don't think that is waterproof somehow.

Luckily I was able to tell Mum in time, so she could clean it up or there really would have been trouble.

I got rewarded with extra hugs and kisses, and a second brush! I love being brushed. I just about drool when I get brushed.

So today I am a hero cat!

I am so stubborn

Sometimes I am really naughty. I get it into my head to do something and nothing changes my mind. Take my Mum's soft toys for example. Now I have a lot of toys. More than most human kids have. I know I am spoilt. Mum and Dad even bought me one toy that cost A$100 (that I hardly play with hehe). Yep I am spoilt. But sometimes they are not the toys I want to play with.

My Dad often buys my Mum cute soft toys - really cute ones. They make her so happy. But she doesn't want me to play with them. So she puts them up really really high. I make it my duty to get them down to play with them. I always find a way. Mum and Dad have a really tall bookcase in their bedroom, and on top of that is the last of Mum's soft toys. (I say the last because she has given up on displaying most of them, and has packed them away in crates where I can't get to them). So left on top of the bookcase is the last of the toys. There is a hand made doll that her Auntie made for her, a floppy puppy that Dad bought her the week they got engaged (because they were away from home and she missed the dog (I wasn't around then or I am sure it would have been a cat)), and a white rabbit that Dad bought her this Easter.

I have had my eye on the rabbit for some time. So the last few days I have made it my mission to get it. Somehow I manage to get up there, step over the doll and the dog, and reach the rabbit. Then I jump down with it onto the bed and play with it. Here are some pics Mum took of me last night when she caught me.

I'm back.

Well I am back. Sorry to have worried you. My mum hasn't much felt like posting for me, so I was pretty well stuck. She is feeling a little better now so is ready to do some posts for me.

Last week after Mum went shopping I helped her out by emptying the bag for her and playing with the contents (I was a little sad that there was nothing edible in there). Here is a picture of me stretching out on the ground after helping Mum out.

Can you stretch as well as this?
